Delete your ISEEU account

For security reasons, we cannot delete your account on your behalf. You must be able to log into your account to request deletion. If you've forgotten your password or username, check out our tips for recovering your login details.

When you delete your account, your profile, photos, videos, comments, likes, followers, chats, gifts, and any assets associated with your account will be permanently removed.

How to Permanently Delete Your Account

To delete your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Tap the empty profile icon or your profile picture located at the bottom right corner to navigate to your profile.

  3. Tap the  (cog icon) in the top right corner to navigate to settings.

  4. Select "Account Privacy" and then choose "Delete Account".

  5. Enter the code sent to you via SMS or email on the screen and confirm the deletion.

Once your account is deleted, you will be able to sign up again using the same email and username.
